Customer Service & Sales Agent at Enterprise Car Sharing & Rental

What will you be doing? We are looking for Full-time Customer Service & Sales Agents.

For this role you get to be part of our amazing Amsterdam teams: Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam Central Station, Amsterdam City Center (Nassaukade) and Amsterdam Zuidas.

Offer customers an outstanding, distinctive journey. Their experience begins with YOU: you represent Enterprise as the first point of contact via phone, e-mail and face-to-face interactions

Provide friendly and efficient customer service at time of rental and return; handle and resolve questions, comments and complaints according to our company guidelines

Facilitate the rental process: verify all driver information, link the booking to a car within the booked category, help the customer with any additional requests, create the rental contract
