Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology projects in the renewable energy field. You will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technology projects or concept studies across multiple functions.
- Evaluate different turbine or technology concepts in terms of cost, timeline, risks, and feasibility for strategic decision-making.
- Drive projects from initial concept to handover, ensuring technology readiness and project goals are achieved.
- Maintain transparency on project progress, identify potential challenges early, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure on-time delivery of project outcomes while managing budget, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex technology projects, with PM certification preferred.
- Experience in turbine development or related technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High quality awareness, assertiveness, and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent English skills; German language skills and intercultural experience are advantageous.
