MobileSentrix B.V. is one of Europe's fastest-growing suppliers of mobile phone parts, tools, and accessories. From our warehouse in the Netherlands and our international office in WTC Rotterdam, we support thousands of B2B customers — including mobile repair shops, resellers, and distributors — across the continent.

We're now looking for a native German-speaking Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base in all German-speaking countries in Europe — including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and surrounding regions.

⬤ Your Role

You will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking B2B clients. Your job is to provide excellent service, advise customers, and drive repeat business across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients in native-level German
  • Handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders via our CRM
  • Advising customers on product selection and technical questions (training provided)
  • Following up on sales leads and supporting field sales
  • Collaborating internally with departments in English

No technical experience required — full training provided.

⬤ What We're Looking For

  • MBO+ / HBO thinking level (ideally in business, sales, or customer support)
  • Native-level fluency in German (C2 or equivalent) — required
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) — internal working language
  • Experience in B2B or wholesale environments is a strong advantage
  • Commercial mindset, strong communicator, and customer-oriented
  • Structured, dependable, and proactive in follow-up

  • Salary: €2,800 – €3,800 gross/month (depending on experience; CAO scale H–J)

This is a full-time, on-site position. Hybrid or remote work is not possible.

  • Contract: Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension
  • Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
  • Languages required:

→ German (native-level fluency)

→ English (fluent)

  • Location: On-site at WTC Rotterdam
