As
Country Manager Netherlands
, you will be responsible for the overall management of the Dutch subsidiary. You will drive revenue growth, lead a dedicated team through transformation, and successfully implement the global strategy on a local level, in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and central functions. The headquarters is located in Southern Germany.

Your Responsibilities

  • Growth & Sales:

Full P&L and budget responsibility for the Netherlands; focus on new customer acquisition and market expansion.

  • Strategic Implementation:

Execution of global and regional strategies in the Dutch market; close collaboration with Business Units and Business Development.

  • Leadership & Transformation:

Lead, motivate, and develop the team; establish a performance-oriented and modern corporate culture.

  • Business Development:

Personally manage key accounts and develop new business relationships; monitor market and competition trends.

  • Administration & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local legal requirements in coordination with global functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing).

  • Perspective:

Actively contribute to market growth in the Netherlands and participate in international projects.

Your Profile

  • Dynamic, growth-oriented leader with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Proven success in B2B sales,
    preferably in the industrial, electrical, or measurement technology sector.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing change processes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to successfully implement global directives locally.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Languages:
    Dutch (native), English (fluent); German knowledge is an advantage.
