Als
ServiceNow Senior Technisch Consultant
ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van hoogwaardige ServiceNow-oplossingen binnen onze organisatie en voor onze klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met functionele consultants, producteigenaren en technische specialisten om de ServiceNow-omgeving optimaal te laten aansluiten op de bedrijfsprocessen. Met jouw expertise vertaal je complexe vraagstukken naar schaalbare en duurzame technische oplossingen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwerpen, configureren en ontwikkelen van ServiceNow-modules (zoals ITSM, ITOM, HRSD of CSM).
  • Analyseren van functionele vereisten en vertalen naar technische ontwerpen.
  • Realiseren van integraties met andere systemen via REST- of SOAP-APIs.
  • Begeleiden van implementaties en migraties binnen het ServiceNow-platform.
  • Uitvoeren van tests, kwaliteitscontroles en technische documentatie.
  • Adviseren over best practices en architectuurkeuzes binnen het ServiceNow-domein.
  • Ondersteunen en coachen van minder ervaren collegas binnen het team.

Eisen

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als technisch consultant binnen ServiceNow of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Diepgaande kennis van de ServiceNow-architectuur en scripting (bijv. JavaScript, Glide).
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het implementeren van ServiceNow in complexe omgevingen.
  • Certificering als ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) is vereist.
  • Ervaring met ITIL-processen en servicegericht werken.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkwijze.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

Wensen

  • Aanvullende ServiceNow-certificeringen, zoals Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Ervaring met CI/CD, DevOps, of Flow Designer binnen ServiceNow.
  • Ervaring met cloudomgevingen (zoals Azure of AWS).
  • Bekend met Agile/Scrum-werkwijzen.
  • Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Informatica, Technische Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
