iServices is sinds 2011 marktleider in de reparatie en refurbish van smartphones, tablets en computers. Met meer dan 100 winkels in Portugal, de Azoren, Madeira, de Canarische Eilanden, Frankrijk, België en nu Nederland, voeren wij maandelijks zo'n reparaties uit voor merken als Apple, Samsung, Huawei, LG en Xiaomi.

Wij zijn tevens officieel vertegenwoordiger van DJI (wereldleider in dronetechnologie) in Portugal. Onze technici bieden gratis diagnose en repareren de meeste toestellen binnen 20–30 minuten. Daarnaast hebben we een ruim assortiment accessoires en gadgets.

De functie:

Na het succes van onze eerste twee winkels in
Amsterdam-West (Kinkerstraat)
en
Zoetermeer
, bereiden wij ons nu voor op de opening van onze derde locatie in
The Mall of the Netherlands (Leidschendam)
. Daarom zoeken wij enthousiaste
Sales Advisors / Technicians
die willen meegroeien met ons team in Nederland.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor klantadvies, verkoop en/of technische reparaties.

Je hoeft niet overal expert in te zijn — we zoeken mensen die uitblinken in minstens één van deze gebieden:

• Sales
  – Je weet klanten te overtuigen en deals te sluiten
• Techniek
  – Je repareert toestellen snel en vakkundig
• Management
  – Je kunt een team aansturen en processen optimaliseren

Omdat wij sterk groeien in Nederland, krijg je de unieke kans om mee te bouwen aan ons succes. Dit betekent ruime doorgroeimogelijkheden: van specialist in de winkel tot teamleider of zelfs manager van toekomstige vestigingen.

Wat ga je doen?

• Klanten adviseren en topservice leveren
• Smartphones, tablets en computers repareren (indien technisch onderlegd)
• Accessoires en gadgets promoten en verkopen
• Voorraad beheren en zorgen voor een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie
• Efficiënt werken in een dynamische omgeving

Wat breng je mee?

• Ervaring in sales, techniek of management (minstens één)
• Sterke communicatieve en klantgerichte vaardigheden
• Organisatorisch talent
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands (andere talen zijn een pré)

• Een salaris afhankelijk van ervaring:
• €2.317 per maand bij geen ervaring
• €2.517 per maand met relevante ervaring met repareren

The Role

Following the success of our first two stores in
Amsterdam-West (Kinkerstraat)
and
Zoetermeer
, we are now preparing to open our third store in
The Mall of the Netherlands (Leidschendam)
. We are looking for passionate
Sales Advisors / Technicians
to join our expanding team in the Netherlands.

In this role, you will be responsible for customer service, sales, and/or technical repairs.

You don't need to be an expert in everything — we're looking for people who excel in at least one of these areas:

• Sales
  – You know how to connect with customers and close deals
• Technical Skills
  – You can repair devices quickly and professionally
• Management
  – You can lead a team and optimize processes

Your Tasks

• Advise customers and deliver excellent service
• Repair smartphones, tablets, and computers (if technically skilled)
• Promote and sell accessories and gadgets
• Manage stock and maintain store presentation
• Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What You Bring

• Experience in sales, technical repair, or management (at least one)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organizational abilities
• Fluency in Dutch (other languages are a plus)

• €2,517 per month with relevant repair experience
