What you can help us with
As an HR Business Partner, you work closely with the MT (Management Team), managers, and employees to drive our people strategy, strengthen team performance, and ensure an engaging and supportive work environment. You are the connector between people and business, balancing long-term thinking with daily HR operations.
This role offers a broad scope from employee relations and HR processes to culture, recruitment, performance, and organizational development. No two days are the same: this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-growing, ever-evolving company
A selection of your daily activities
Strategic HR Partnering & Organizational Development
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for the MT and leadership, advising on people strategy and organizational design.
- Translate business goals into HR initiatives that support growth, performance, and change.
- Lead and improve HR projects such as policy development, compensation reviews, and cultural initiatives.
HR Operations, Governance & Compliance
- Oversee compliant and efficient HR processes, systems, and documentation (incl. UWV/Arbo).
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Maintain and update HR policies, guidelines, and frameworks.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Support managers in strategic hiring needs, role definition, and selection.
- Manage external recruitment partners and ensure strong talent pipelines.
- Contribute to employer branding and a high-quality candidate experience.
Leadership, Performance & Development
- Coach and advise managers on leadership, team dynamics, and complex people topics.
- Lead the performance review cycle and support goal-setting and development planning.
- Develop and maintain learning initiatives such as leadership programs.
Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing
- Strengthen culture and ways of working in partnership with the MT.
- Analyze engagement data and lead follow-up actions to improve employee experience.
- Promote wellbeing, inclusion, and a values-driven work environment.

What you bring to the table
- 10 to 15 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor role.
- University (WO) degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to build trust quickly.
- A hands-on mindset: you don't just think, you also execute, after all, we are a scale up
- Good command of Dutch and English, in writing and speaking.
- Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR processes.
- Strong communication skills and a people-first approach.
- Ability to operate in a scale-up environment with fast-changing needs.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to translate insights into actions.
