Job title: Facility Maintenance Specialist (full-time)

Job location: Amsterdam

Salary: Open, based on candidate's experience and job fit

Working Hours: 5 days onsite per week

Key Responsibilities

1.Daily Maintenance and Inspection

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on sorting machines, conveyor systems, and scanning devices, etc, according to the maintenance schedule;
  • Record equipment operating conditions and maintenance logs, and promptly report potential hazards and abnormalities;
  • Manage technical documentation and accurately complete maintenance records, equipment logs, maintenance plans, and spare parts usage reports.

2.Equipment Troubleshooting

  • Assist senior engineers in diagnosing, repairing, and testing equipment faults;
  • Support the replacement of common components such as sensors, belts, and rollers to ensure stable equipment operation.

3.Operational Support

  • Provide on-site technical support during peak periods to ensure continuous production operations;
  • Assist in equipment commissioning, parameter adjustments, and operation monitoring.

4.Safety and Compliance

  • Strictly adhere to company safety procedures and equipment operation standards;
  • Participate in safety training and emergency drills to ensure personal and equipment safety.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, or a related field;
  • At least one year of relevant experience in equipment maintenance is preferred;
  • Possess technical knowledge of common electrical components and basic understanding of PLC programming;
  • Demonstrate strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, and problem-solving skills, with good teamwork and communication spirit;
  • Proficient in Chinese and English communication.
