Head of Software Product Management – Cloud & Digital Health

An innovative company at the forefront of cloud-based solutions for care is seeking a Head of Software Product Management to drive the strategy and execution of its digital product portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to shape products that enable safer, more efficient, and more connected care for patients and providers.

About the Role:

You will lead the development and lifecycle management of a suite of cloud-based and digital products, ensuring they deliver measurable value across medication management, virtual visits, and client monitoring. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll balance customer needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements to create impactful solutions for the home care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategic direction and roadmap for the cloud and software portfolio.
  • Structure and lead a team of product managers, each focused on specific use cases (e.g., medication management, virtual visits, monitoring).
  • Collaborate with hardware product management, R&D, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Translate customer and market insights into prioritised product initiatives and measurable outcomes.
  • Define and track product success metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, NPS, etc.).
  • Champion a platform mindset ensuring scalability, interoperability, and a unified user experience.
  • Manage products through their lifecycle: concept, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the product function in cross-functional leadership forums and communicate strategic priorities to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in product management, including leadership roles in SaaS, health tech, or connected devices.
  • Proven success building and scaling cloud-based platforms or digital ecosystems.
  • Experience working in regulated environments (medical devices, health software, or telehealth).
  • Exposure to mergers or acquisitions, including team integration.
  • Strong understanding of subscription and usage-based business models, ideally in a hardware product environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics and market insights to inform product decisions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Gross margin and software contribution to overall profitability
  • On-time delivery of roadmap milestones
  • Employee engagement and team development metrics
