Job Description:

Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations. Directs the evaluation and execution of digital management strategies. Serves as the internal and external digital thought leader, helping to identify trends and evolving best practices. Oversees the Change Management team and partners with executive leadership, stakeholders, and business management in development of strategic initiatives.
Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
Directs activities for integration and implementation of digital marketing technology, enterprise business systems, digital infrastructure, and other customer facing platforms that satisfy strategic initiatives.
Facilitates risk assessments of the economic and financial implications of existing and planned digital initiatives and projects to determine appropriate next steps.
Establishes processes for analysis of online trends and site statistics to influence digital strategy and project roadmaps.
Directs Business Technology (BT) managers for products, capabilities and services aligned to sector specific business value stream(s).
Establishs technology roadmaps to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for assigned value stream(s). Own demand shaping and demand intake commitment.
Ensures Technology Solutions work product meets stated business needs and achieves desired business outcomes.
Aligns on sector goals & objectives with Director, Technology Solutions Engagement role and leverage with stable team & cross-functional team members supporting assigned value stream(s).
Provides stable team support and point of escalation across all stages of the solution lifecycle to optimize value for assigned value stream(s).
Consolidates information regarding the effectiveness of marketing inputs in terms of Return on Investment into reports and presentations for leadership.
Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
