Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

  • A VGB is required for this job, therefor you will have lived and worked in the EU for the last 8 years.
  • You currently live in The Netherlands.
  • Please check the commute to our offices: Contour Avenue 77, Hoofddorp.
  • Your employment will be directly with MNX Global Logistics BV.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain inventory control and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Train and motivate warehouse team members to improve performance.
  • Manage warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, and sales.
  • Prepare reports on warehouse activities and inventory levels.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise.

Education And Qualifications

  • Secondary Vocational Education
  • Additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Typically works in a warehouse environment.
  • May require physical activity such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Willing to work weekends
