Logistics Employee – High-Tech Environment (Eindhoven, 5-Shift System)

Salary: Up to €3,900 incl. shift allowance

Logistics Employee
who can operate with precision, responsibility, and efficiency.

About the Role

As a Logistics Employee, you play a crucial role in the operational flow of a cutting-edge production process. You support manufacturing teams by ensuring that all materials, components, and tools are available exactly when and where they are needed. You will work with highly sensitive equipment and materials, so accuracy, structure, and a quality-focused attitude are essential.

You will operate in a
5-shift schedule
, ensuring continuous production support in a 24/7 environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Execute all logistics activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering materials to production lines
  • Operate
    EPT (Electric Pallet Truck)
    safely and efficiently
  • Handle high-value and sensitive high-tech components with extreme care
  • Work according to cleanroom procedures (cleanroom experience is a strong advantage)
  • Ensure correct and timely internal transport of materials to cleanrooms, production cells, and assembly areas
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, labeling, stock updates, and booking material movements
  • Collaborate closely with production, quality control, and planning teams
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes
  • Identify and report deviations, shortages, or potential risks in material flow
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with high-tech and cleanroom standards
  • Use SAP or similar systems to register material transactions (SAP experience preferred, but
    not required
    —training is provided)

What You Bring

  • Experience in logistics or warehousing, ideally within a high-tech or cleanroom environment
  • EPT certification or demonstrable experience operating EPT equipment
  • Willingness to work in a
    5-shift system
    (including nights and weekends)
  • Eye for detail and ability to work with high-value, sensitive materials
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and teamwork
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Good communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
