About the Role

We're looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Customer Operation Coordinator to join our Customer Operations Team. This role is essential in ensuring an exceptional customer experience, from purchase order to final delivery. You'll focus on customer service, order processing, and fulfillment, acting as the liaison between internal teams, customers, vendors, and logistics partners.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience
  • Process sales orders and monitor each stage of fulfillment, ensuring on-time, accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party suppliers, managing order confirmations, delays, expedited shipping, and quality concerns
  • Track and manage shipments using various logistics methods (parcel, LTL/FTL, containers)
  • Monitor inventory and understand warehouse management concepts to ensure service level targets are met
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer and logistics-related challenges quickly and professionally

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role within the logistics, supply chain, or related industry
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working in an international, multicultural environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with ERP (SAP) or CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Experience using a ticket system – FreshService/FreshDesk
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Ability to other European languages
  • Experience with systems like SAP, Salesforce, or BluJay
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros)
  • Background in packaging, manufacturing, or transportation logistics
