We're looking for a Packaging Operator that's able to build the packaging for machinery and make sure that it will be safe during transport. - Measure and assess product dimensions to determine packaging requirements. - Construct and assemble custom protective packaging using appropriate materials and tools. - Ensure packaging meets safety and quality standards for transport and delivery. - Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align packaging with shipping schedules. - Optimize material usage to reduce waste and improve efficiency. - Assist with assembly of products when necessary
What we expect from you- You have experience with building packaging, preferably using wood structures - Ability to measure products precisely and follow specifications. - Skilled in using saws, drills, nail guns, and other tools safely. - Able to work together with other colleagues as well as by yourself - Fluent in English
- A one-year contract with the possibility of extension to a permanent contract - Good salary up to €3000,- per month - Individual profit sharing on top of your salary - Free to spend study budget of €2200,- per year for you development - Professional coaching and guidance - 25 days of paid leave with the possibility buy more
