Restaurant Manager – Premium Health & Fitness Club

Salary:
€3,640 – €3,986 per month (€21–€23/hour)

As
Restaurant Manager
, you'll lead the launch and long-term success of a brand-new in-house dining concept. More than just a place to eat, this restaurant will act as a
social and engagement hub
— a central feature of the member experience. You'll be hands-on during the setup and launch, then transition into a strategic leadership role focused on performance, team culture, and profitability.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of a 100-seat restaurant within a high-end health club
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a team of chefs, supervisors, and front-of-house staff
  • Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that encourages members to relax, connect, and stay longer
  • Collaborating with the UK head office on menu development, launch planning, and best practices
  • Delivering regular member events such as live music, chess nights, and food workshops
  • Managing rotas, stock control, and team performance while driving consistent member feedback
  • Contributing to wider club operations by supporting as a Duty Manager (2 shifts per week)

About You

  • Experienced in restaurant or hospitality management, ideally within a premium setting
  • Passionate about service, presentation, and creating engaging guest experiences
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable with both hands-on operations and long-term planning
  • Strong communicator with the ability to lead, motivate, and grow a team
  • Commercially aware, with a desire to build a profitable, fully integrated restaurant operation
