A global organization is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Financial Analyst. Based in Amsterdam with hybrid flexibility, this role is ideal for someone with strong financial modeling expertise, strategic planning capabilities, and a passion for driving value across transformative initiatives.

As Financial Analyst, you'll be a key financial partner to the FFPO, responsible for value tracking, program cost management, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level reporting. You'll collaborate closely with Workstream leads, FP&A, Accounting, and other key stakeholders to ensure the program delivers its intended value and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Value Tracking

2. Govern target setting and benefit tracking in line with program principles.

3. Develop and maintain benefit calculation methodologies.

4. Track benefits against targets and support business controllers in departmental engagements.

5. Program Cost Management

6. Monitor investments at both program and initiative levels.

7. Review and assess new investment requests.
8. Manage month-end close processes for program cost centers.

9. Ensure compliance with accounting policies related to transformation costs.

10. Stakeholder Engagement

11. Partner with Workstream leads and stakeholders to interpret financial performance and challenge assumptions.

12. Liaise with FP&A and Accounting to integrate realized costs/savings into planning cycles.

13. Act as a key contact for target-setting methodologies and financial insights.

14. Management Information & Reporting

15. Prepare and present executive-level financial reporting packages.

16. Own forecasting of program benefits and costs during budgeting and quarterly cycles.
17. Lead financial performance reviews, providing variance analysis and identifying risks/opportunities.

What You Bring

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a multinational or transformation-focused environment.
• Strong financial modeling and strategic planning skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working independently.
