About the Opportunity

Join our Global Indulgence Marketing team. This team exists to manage our global brands (such as Chupa Chups) and define product innovation roadmaps, leverage global brand communication platforms coordinate new product development and much more. In particular, we are looking for an intern who will support and assist the Chupa Chups marketing team in various brand projects and initiatives as well as day to day administrative tasks.

• Support with preparation of presentations, analysis and reports around Chupa Chups communications and portfolio management.
• Support with the organization and maintenance of samples from the global portfolio and competition as well as inbound and outbound samples management.
• Support with issuing and following up with purchase orders and invoices on SAP.
• Support the management of packaging from AW brief to approvals and management in close connection with global agency.
• Support with the exchanging with global markets in relation to ongoing activities, NPD projects and communications.
• Support with various activities around brand communications such as engaging and supporting local markets needs, supporting on briefing and evaluations and managing content production for all relevant channels as well as pre-production and post production activities when applicable including testing for optimal creative output.
• Analyze and support optimization of global content development & production process against pre-set KPI's, generating campaign performance reports.
• Support the coordination and the rollout and landing of global campaigns & brand-led communication initiatives to markets including the maintenance of the assets library.
• Assist the Chupa Chups marketing team with overall administrative duties.

The Team

You will be part of our Indulgence Marketing team, consisting of three teams: Chupa Chups, Alpenliebe and Fruittella. Your will report to a Senior Brand Manager.

• You are looking for a 'Meewerkstage' (work-internship) for at least 20 weeks at a Dutch HBO/University
• Are you currently enrolled in a course of study in the Netherlands in business, marketing, commerce, economics or related fields and are looking for an internship of at least 20 weeks?
• You are available for a 32/ 40 hour per week internship of 5 – 6 months, starting in February 2026 in our office in Amsterdam Schiphol
• You have strong English skills as this is the main language in our business
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• You are eager and proactive: you approach people easily, are eager to pick up work and new projects for your development and you are not afraid to ask for help when needed

• An internship allowance of EUR 450 gross based on 40 hours per week + options for travel reimbursement
