As part of our rapid growth, we are seeking an Italian-speaking Business Developer / Customer Success to join our dynamic team.

Job Type: Full-time, 40-hour fixed-term contract (Monday to Friday)

Contract Duration: 6 months (convertible to permanent)

Location : Delft (Netherlands)

Start Date : Immediate

Salary: From €2,500 to €2,800 gross/month (+ attractive incentive)

Your missions :

  • Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, website forms) from Italian market
  • Qualify prospects and convert them into customers by proposing the right solutions
  • Identify customer needs, promote appropriate products, and close deals
  • Create engaging, informative content to promote our products on our YouTube channel (product presentations, tutorials, customer success stories)
  • Support the onboarding of new customers and ensure excellent post-sale follow-up
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Administrative teams to optimize customer relationships
  • Collect customer feedback and manage satisfaction reviews
  • Produce daily activity reports for management
  • Represent Polyfab3D's values and brand image in all interactions

Your skillset

  • Fluent in Italian (spoken and written); additional languages (Dutch, German, Portuguese) are a plus
  • Strong commercial skills with proven ability to close sales
  • Comfortable speaking on camera and creating video content
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, positive attitude, highly attentive to detail
  • Passion for technology, customer satisfaction, and helping clients succeed
  • Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, or Content Creation is a plus
