Hoe ga jij het verschil maken?
In deze rol ben je werkzaam als manager en stuur je een team aan van 10 enthousiaste medewerkers. Daarnaast ben je commercieel bezig en heb je dagelijks contact met onze klanten over onze service gerelateerde verkoop.

Naast de dagelijkse aansturing van het team, ben je inhoudelijk commercieel bezig. Je hebt de volledige regie over het order-to-cash proces en bewaakt de kwaliteiten van de werkzaamheden van je team conform onze service normen. In deze rol initieer je ook verbetertrajecten en ben je budgetverantwoordelijk.

De ontwikkeling van je medewerkers heeft je aandacht. Je begeleidt en ondersteunt hen waar nodig en zorgt voor een optimale inzet.

Wat willen we van jou weten?
We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste professional met MBO werk- en denkniveau, met minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bijvoorbeeld in een klantenservice of sales support omgeving.

Tot slot denk je in oplossingen, vind je het leuk om bezig te zijn met automatisering, heb je ervaring met Lean, heb je enige affiniteit met techniek en spreek je vloeiend de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
