, integrates and analyzes team and player performance data from multiple sources, combining machine learning, video analysis, and UWB based tracking technologies.

Your Role

As a Lead Full Stack Software Developer, you'll drive the design, development, and deployment of features across our platform. You'll work hands-on on both backend and frontend systems, while also mentoring junior developers and managing small project teams. You'll collaborate closely with the Lead Data Scientist and product managers to architect scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance our analytics and visualization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust backend services (Python FastAPI with Celery, SQL, APIs).
  • Develop intuitive, responsive front-end interfaces ).
  • Build software for UWB positioning system hardware using Kotlin/Python (Flet).
  • Integrate real-time sports performance data from multiple sources.
  • Manage and review contributions from interns and junior developers.
  • Collaborate on new features with product and data teams.
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance across deployments.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience.
  • Strong experience with Python FastAPI, SQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Good to have knowledge or experience in Kotlin
  • Understanding of network protocols and AWS cloud deployment principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
