About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity as a Delivery Engagement Manager based in our Amsterdam Headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling and advancing the delivery business across all channels in EMEA, leveraging customer and business analytics to create actionable insights that support the strategic plan. Developing strong cross-functional relationships internally and with external partnership teams (insights/analytics partners, 3PD partners, and other close supplier partnerships) to drive growth and improve execution of the delivery business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Delivery Strategy & Enablement:

• Partner with the Delivery Director, EMEA to define and refine delivery strategy aligned with the regional and global business objectives.
• Identify emerging trends, market dynamics, and competitive benchmarks to inform strategic decisions.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.

Cross-Functional & External Partnerships

• Build strong relationships with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) and external partners (3PD, analytics providers, suppliers).
• Drive alignment and collaboration to improve execution and accelerate growth initiatives.

Enablement & Capability Building

• Develop frameworks, tools, and processes that enable consistent delivery execution across markets.
• Embed best practices and ROI-driven principles into stakeholder teams to ensure scalability and sustainability.
• Conduct training and workshops to build internal capability in delivery performance management.

Analytics & Insight Generation

• Leverage customer and business analytics to uncover growth opportunities and operational improvements.
• Maintain a robust performance measurement system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Act as the "source of truth" for delivery performance and customer insights across EMEA.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor Degree preferred – either in Finance or Marketing Analytics.
• MBA is beneficial
• Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in a data and analytics in retail, consumer packaged good brands or restaurant industry.
• 3+ years experience working with the 3PD partnerships in EMEA
• Solid experience in European market environments (consumer, legislative, business, etc)
• Strong sense of curiosity and critical thinking, ability to work with ambiguity within a framework
• Strong capability to leverage common data and analytics tools and software (e.g. Power BI, emerging AI tools such as Alteryx or CoPilot)
• Ability to take seemingly disparate sets of data / information and synthesize into actionable insights.
• Ability to create a strong narrative across stakeholders and influence directly and indirectly
• Solid knowledge of current delivery business channels, omnichannel digital ecosystem, and near-term innovation
• Language requirements: Fluent in English – any additional language a plus. (Depending on the countries)
• Able to multi-task, prioritize workload and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, detail oriented - interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills with a self-motivated attitude to work
