WAT GA JE DOEN ALS CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT?

Als Customer Service Agent ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van klanten gedurende het volledige logistieke proces. Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie, correcte afhandeling van orders en een uitstekende klantervaring.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en live chat

  • Oplossen van klachten en problemen rondom zendingen, vertragingen en documentatie

  • Verantwoordelijk voor een correcte afhandeling van alle dossiers

  • Opstellen, controleren en beheren van verzend- en douanedocumentatie
  • Proactief informeren van klanten over zending status, wijzigingen en regelgeving
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie
WIE BEN JIJ ALS CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT?

Je bent servicegericht, nauwkeurig en kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende taken en stakeholders.

Verder herken jij jezelf in de volgende eisen:

  • Minimaal mbo-/hbo-werk- en denkniveau
  • Eventuele ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als Customer Service Agent in de (ferry-) transportwereld is een pré.
  • Je bezit een basis geografische kennis van Duitsland, Groot-Brittanië en Benelux
  • Je kunt zelfstandig naar de locatie in Rotterdam reizen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk)
  • Goede organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen
  • Basiskennis van Excel en Word
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels; Duits is een pluspunt
WAT BIEDEN WIJ?
