At Vesper, we're building the future of how food commodities are traded and analyzed. That means our marketing team isn't just running campaigns, we're solving one of the hardest puzzles in B2B: reaching a highly specific, expert audience with messaging that cuts through complexity and volatility.
As Senior Growth Marketer, you'll own the strategy and execution of our growth engine. You'll take a broader view: orchestrating experiments across channels, aligning with sales and product marketing, and ensuring growth efforts translate into commercial impact, whilst implementing these campaigns across paid channels, organic channels, and LLM Search Optimization.
This role is about spotting opportunities, building scalable playbooks, and pushing the boundaries of how we reach and convert our ICPs. You'll combine creativity with data-driven decision making, balancing short-term performance with long-term growth bets.
You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Understand how to align marketing tightly with sales and customer success to unlock full-funnel growth
- Want to build systems and processes that make growth repeatable, not random
What you'll do
- Develop and own Vesper's growth strategy, identifying the right channels, tactics, and campaigns to drive lead generation and pipeline impact
- Design, run, and scale cross-channel experiments (paid, organic, product-led, outbound enablement, LLM search optimization) to find the most effective levers for growth
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate ICP insights into campaigns and assets that resonate
- Work with Sales to ensure full alignment between demand gen and commercial goals, building growth playbooks that fuel pipeline
- Mentor and guide more junior marketers, raising the overall level of experimentation and execution across the team
- Build dashboards, frameworks, and processes to ensure growth activity is measurable, transparent, and repeatable
- Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing Manager (website, automation & marketing ops) to ensure campaigns scale effectively and connect seamlessly across the funnel
What you bring
- 6+ years experience in B2B growth marketing, ideally in a SaaS
- A track record of running experiments across multiple channels and scaling successful growth tactics
- Hands-on expertise in demand generation and funnel optimization, from top-of-funnel awareness to pipeline conversion
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort working in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Ability to translate data into actionable insight and commercial outcomes
- Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to rally cross-functional teams around growth initiatives
- A self-starter mindset: entrepreneurial, curious, and energized by building things that don't exist yet
