area.

Job Description

As a Senior Electrical Engineer – Drive Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and coordinating electrical drive systems within various technical projects. You will contribute to innovative solutions that support the energy transition and provide technical expertise throughout all project phases — from concept and design to delivery and commissioning. In this role, you act as the main technical point of contact for both clients and internal teams. You will also help develop standards, work methods, and continuous improvement processes. Our client is an industry-leading company in the offshore and energy sector focused on sustainable technological innovation.

Who Are You?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of AC distribution and drive systems.
  • Proficient with software tools such as ETAP, SKM Powertools, or Matlab Simpowersystems.
  • Skilled in writing specifications and performing Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
