Then the position of Junior Consultant might be perfect for you As a Junior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to be trained by our Consultants in the field of Corporate Performance Management (CPM)

What will you do?

As a Junior Consultant, you will work with your colleagues to map companies' financial processes. This enables management to determine the course of their business based on accurate, reliable, and up-to-date information. You will make the work of Finance teams easier and more enjoyable Sounds great, right?

You will receive a training program from the best CPM Professionals to become an independent CPM consultant. In this program, you will receive professional training, and you will also have the opportunity to gain practical experience. Once you start with us, you can begin your first project after a two-week onboarding period We will also take you directly onsite, so you'll visit our clients before you know it. We will show you all aspects of the profession, providing you with the broadest possible education. At cpmview, you will work with your mentor to create a development plan to help you grow in knowledge, experience, and responsibilities.

After approximately two years, you will be ready for the next step as a Junior Consultant. You will then take on more responsibilities. You will choose a direction with our guidance at a certain point in your career. Do you want to become a Project Manager? Or do you prefer Business Advisory? Or would you rather stay a consultant and aim to become a Principal Consultant? Or are you more interested in the technical aspects of the job? Anything is possible

Who are you?

We are looking for someone interested in Finance and IT and who enjoys optimizing financial processes with our clients. We are also seeking someone who is eager to learn and solution-minded. You love diving into one or several software solutions and get energized by building financial reports that enable our clients to inform their various stakeholders. You don't mind traveling to different locations in the country with your company car. Furthermore, you have:

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance.
• No work experience is needed, we will teach you everything
• A valid driver's license (B).
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
