Job Description:

We are looking for a
Senior Logistics Process Engineer
to own and continuously improve logistics processes at our manufacturing site. In this role, you will be responsible for inbound material flows, internal logistics (staging, kitting, transport), and product distribution, ensuring efficient, robust, and GMP/GDP-compliant operations. You will work closely with operations, global teams, and leadership to implement sustainable process improvements that support production goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and improve inbound logistics, internal material flow, and product distribution processes
  • Ensure logistics processes comply with GMP/GDP and internal quality standards
  • Lead process implementation, documentation (SOPs), and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Apply Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, cost, and performance
  • Monitor process performance, manage deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to support operational objectives

What You Bring

  • HBO (Bachelor's) degree in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in logistics, operations, or process engineering
  • Experience working in a GMP and/or GDP regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience with logistics process improvement and Lean tools
  • Comfortable working with data analysis and Microsoft Office tools
  • Professional English proficiency (C2 level)
