Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting HR operations for our retail division across the EMEA region. In this role, you'll assist with daily retail HR activities, team engagement initiatives, and training programmes whilst collaborating with HR Retail advisers across multiple countries to improve processes and facilitate effective communication between HR and retail teams.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Assist the HR Manager with daily retail HR operations across the EMEA region to ensure smooth functioning of human resources activities.
• Support team engagement initiatives and training programmes to enhance employee satisfaction and professional development.
• Collaborate with HR Retail advisors across multiple countries to maintain consistent HR practices and standards.
• Improve HR processes and guidelines to increase efficiency and effectiveness of retail operations.
• Gather data and prepare reports to provide insights for strategic HR decision-making.
• Facilitate communication between HR and retail teams to ensure alignment and information flow.
• Maintain and monitor the retail learning platform to support continuous employee development and training delivery.

You have the following skills:

• Human Resources Management or related business qualification.
• Fluency in English plus at least one additional European language, preferably German or French.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to maintain accurate records.
• Adptability and willingness to learn,
• Retail store experience is preferred.
