Responsibilities
YOUR CHALLENGE
Step into a dynamic role where you'll support one of Avient Protective Materials' key business segments—Marine & Industrial Fibers. You'll gain hands-on experience in business steering, data analytics, and customer relationship management, while working closely with global teams across sales, marketing, and operations. From driving process improvements to tracking business KPI's, this is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in B2B marketing and sales within a global setting.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Your role is primarily focused around supporting one of our key business segments (Marine & Industrial Fibers). It is a great entry role to gain experience in a value-driven, business to business sales and marketing team in a dynamic global market. You will become an active member of both the global business segment MIF as well as the EMEA region based broader sales community.

• Support the Global Business Director and broader MIF team on business steering and reporting
• Coordinate our IBP demand meeting (IBP = Integrated Business Planning) and perform monthly analyses on net sales, volumes, pricing and margin.
• Manage and coordinate the use and effectiveness of the customer relationship management tool (Sales Force).
• Play an active role in our Annual Budget Process
• Data analytics and KPI tracking support
• Process rebates and commissions of the business segments
• Project assignments (e.g. process improvements, market research)

Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience is a plus—but recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Self-starter with good time and priority management
• Comfortable working independently and in teams
• Able to collaborate across regions and time zones, both in-office and virtually
• Proactive and eager to take initiative
• Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes
• Confident using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
