About the Company
We are a fast-growing direct selling company committed to empowering entrepreneurs and offering innovative products that enhance wellness and opportunity. With operations expanding across international markets, we are looking for a visionary and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales and field development strategy in the Netherlands or Germany. This strategic role will be responsible for sales operations across Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, ensuring strong market penetration and sustainable growth throughout the region.
This role will be preferably based in either the Netherlands or Germany.
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing, and driving strategic sales initiatives that accelerate field growth, strengthen distributor engagement, and maximize revenue performance. This role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of direct selling models (MLM, party plan, or hybrid), and the ability to inspire high-performing teams across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's global sales strategy, focusing on sustainable growth and field success
- Lead and manage field development teams to achieve and exceed performance goals
- Analyze sales trends, field behaviors, and compensation plan effectiveness to optimize business performance
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment between brand, incentives, and sales goals
- Establish strong relationships with top field leaders and key influencers to strengthen engagement and drive loyalty
- Support market expansion initiatives by providing strategic direction for new country launches
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular executive reports on field performance, forecasting, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within Direct Selling / MLM / Network Marketing industries
- Proven track record of scaling sales organizations and delivering measurable results
- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on experience in field development and distributor relations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Multicultural awareness and experience working in international markets
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, or others) are a plus
