Your Mission

We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to play a key role in Faceland's continued growth. In this position, you will be responsible for our international expansion as well as the smooth and professional management of our facilities. As Head of Expansion & Facilities, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Europe and report directly to our COO.

  • Lead expansion strategy & facilities strategy for the Faceland Group
  • EU-wide expansion: site selection, due diligence, permits & go-live
  • End-to-end project management of new locations, renovations & relocations
  • Oversee leases, contracts & negotiations across multiple countries
  • Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance & facility standards
  • Oversee utilities, workplace readiness & all facility services
  • Manage central facilities and maintenance team (5 FTE)
  • Drive vendor management, SLAs & performance monitoring
  • Deliver continuous improvement, cost control & operational optimisation
  • Build strong international relationships with landlords, contractors & suppliers
What's in it for you?
  • A salary indication between €5.400 and €7.000 gross per month based on 40 hours;
  • A position for 40 hours per week;
  • 30 vacation days based on a full-time employment contract;
  • The employer contributes 5% to the pension provision; this means you receive 5% on top of your gross salary;

Must-haves
  • Experience: 5+ years leading facility or technical teams. Ability to lead change and improvement initiatives. Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, multi-site organisation. Strong building project management background. Real estate experience (site selection, leases, permitting) and experience with (international) expansion.
  • Education Level: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Language: fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus
