Join Fossil Group as a B2B Key Account Specialist and Drive Sales Growth in the Benelux

As a Key Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing relationships and driving sales growth for our key accounts. You'll serve as the primary operational point of contact, ensuring exceptional support and seamless coordination across sales, supply chain, and marketing functions. This role requires a data-driven individual who can translate complex information into actionable strategies, ultimately contributing to the achievement of sales objectives and fostering strong, lasting client partnerships.

Your Impact:

Primary Contact & Account Support: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, providing excellent operational support, building and maintaining strong relationships, communicating with buyers, and providing account support (e.g., training material, product/brand imagery).Assortment & Sales Management: Develop tailored product proposals based on sales data, manage key figures (sales, returns, on order, margins), and review sales results to ensure objectives are met.Order & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage sales order creation and control (monitoring orders/backorders in cooperation with the central warehouse), coordinate with the Fossil Group warehouse to streamline deliveries and operational processes, set up and maintain supply chain administration (e.g., freight and shipment requirements, new customer setup, master data), and coordinate invoicing and delivery processes (e.g., track shipments, invoice control, terms and conditions follow-up).Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform sell-out analyses, build and maintain various reports (including quantity recap and net margin analysis to assist in meeting sales objectives), maintain customer base in CRM database (e.g., door list, distribution agreements), and translate complex data into concrete actions for sales growth. Collect customer's sales reports and present to the Head of Sales.Marketing & Content Collaboration: Work closely with the trade marketing team to execute campaigns, stimulate resale, coordinate engaging online content, complete product specifications, and support marketing planning with key customers.

What We're Looking For:

Commercial Experience: 1-2 years of commercial experience, ideally in key account management within (online) retail (e.g., bol, Wehkamp).Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with strong Excel skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant sales tools, reports, and software like SAP or the ability to quickly master new systems.Organized & Efficient: Excellent organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and managing work efficiently and independently.Bilingual: Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.Team Player: A positive, energetic, and resilient team player who thrives on collaboration and problem-solving.Passion for Fashion (Plus): A passion for watches, jewelry, or fashion is a plus, but not required.
