Hoofdverantwoordelijkheden

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de troubleshooting en optimalisatie van industriële koelinstallaties: koelgroepen, koelkamers, airconditioningsystemen en thermische apparatuur op productielijnen.

Binnen je functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• Preventief en correctief onderhoud uitvoeren aan industriële koel- en airconditioningsystemen,
• Storingen diagnosticeren en verhelpen (lekken, drukken, regelingen, compressoren),
• Af en toe toezicht houden op technici of externe onderaannemers,
• Snel ingrijpen om de continuïteit van de koeling op productielijnen te waarborgen,
• Nauw samenwerken met het externe onderhoudsbedrijf.

Persoonlijke eigenschappen

Autonomie, nauwkeurigheid, teamgeest, servicegerichtheid en veiligheidsbewustzijn.

Opleiding en ervaring

• Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in industriële koeling,
• Beheersing van compressoren, regelingen, koeltorens, pompen en automatiseringssystemen,
• Certificaat voor het hanteren van koelmiddelen – Categorie 1 (of EU-equivalent).

Profile

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial refrigeration installations: cooling units, cold rooms, air conditioning systems, and thermal equipment on production lines.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems,
• Diagnosing breakdowns and carrying out repairs (leaks, pressures, regulation, compressors),
• Occasionally supervising technicians or external subcontractors,
• Intervening quickly to ensure the continuity of cooling on production lines,
• Working closely with the external maintenance company.

Personal Qualities

Autonomy, rigor, team spirit, sense of service, and safety awareness.

Training and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial refrigeration,
• Proficiency with compressors, controls, cooling towers, pumps, and automation systems,
• Certification for handling refrigerant fluids – Category 1 (or EU equivalent).
