About the position

Are you looking for a highly visible role, leading a best-in-class team of professionals, with global responsibilities in a dynamic, open environment full of opportunities? At Flora Food Group, we have a fantastic technology foundation with our single state-of-the-art core SAP S4H ERP which is implemented throughout our business. We have a strong ownership culture, where you will get a lot of freedom and responsibility to lead on the development of Global R2R processes.  

As Global Process Development Manager R2R (Record to Report) within Flora Food Group you will report into the Global Process Owner for Record to Report processes (R2R GPO), you will be an important speaking partner to senior leaders in the company and external service providers. You take a leading role in development of global R2R processes to optimally support business steering, efficiency, and compliance.  

You are the right hand of the Global R2R GPO, together you shape and maintain the Global R2R vision, strategy and development agenda.You establish strong relationships across the (Finance& IT) organisation and you are able to identify, understand and prioritise the pain points in the R2R processes.You team up with Flora colleagues and advisors and you take a leading role in development of global R2R processes and automation yourself or through establishing and overseeing a dedicated project team.  You play an active role in monitoring the process improvement initiatives through KPI's.You work closely together with the Flora IT architects, advisors and the Flora Finance team (including our Shared Services team in India, Regional Financial and Commercial Controllers, Group Reporting, Tax and Treasury). 

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

For this Global Development Manager role, we are role looking for a top performer with an outstanding educational and work background: "you know what good looks like".  You are a team player with high energy and drive with the ability to bring people along in change.  You are a highly analytical, (self) critical, organized and structured person and you have experience with successful implementation of R2R projects.  You bring strong finance knowledge, preferably you are a qualified Auditor or Controller with strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and finance automation tools (e.g., Blackline, Power BI). You have 8+ years of experience within relevant (finance or IT) positions in a multinational environment. FMCG experience is a big plus.
