In order to strengthen our client's team in its prestigious boutique located in the city center of Amsterdam, we are currently seeking their future Deputy Store Manager, who will contribute to lead the Sales and BoH teams to new heights.

POSITION


As a Brand ambassador, you will actively participate in the development of revenue and profitability in all store areas: sales, operations and after-sales service for all product categories; and will actively support the team in any activities (major focus on Operations and BoH).

In this role, you will second the Boutique Director in daily activities and support him/her in coordinating the team of client advisors, while implementing ad-hoc client activation initiatives. You will aim to offer a unique client experience and a top quality of service to develop strong client relationships.

You will continuously manage sales activities related to all product categories; achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.

In this role, and together with the team, you will also :

  • Recruit, lead and grow a team with a growth mindset, passion and enthusiasm

PROFILE

For this challenging position as a Deputy Manager, we are seeking a managerial Talent with the following characteristics :
  • 10+ years Premium & Luxury retail Sales + Management experience
  • Exposure to product categories such as Watches, Jewellery or high-end Lifestyle Brands
  • Ability and self-drive to motivate, manage and develop a team
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills applied to Retail sales teams
  • Solid CRM skills and habits
  • A winning personality to easily establish trusting relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, other languages would represent a definite advantage
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to details with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, with customer service mindset and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation as well as oral and written communication skills
