Currently we are looking for an ESC (European Service Centre) Employee, to  join the Supply Team FSP, EMEA region. The person will be working on-site (32 hours/week) and will be reporting to Inventory Analyst & Facility Supervisor on the site.

Location: The role is on-site based at our KGS office in Weert, the Netherlands (it is an administrative/office job, not warehouse).

The role is mainly about inspection and monitoring of customer-returned goods, unpacking and inspection of incoming customer returns and accurate entry of data in KGS system.

Role's key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Accurate recording of the inspection results in the service center database.
  • Creation of shipment and documentation of OVP process.
  • Drive maximum inventory accuracy during receipt.
  • Determine product warranty status for repairs.
  • Inspect and qualify credit returns.
  • Assist in assembly activities, rework actions or product updates where required.
  • Handle waste according to EH&S set rules.
  • Ensure a safe working environment in line with EH&S regulations.

Main requirements:

  • LBO+/ MBO level.
  • 1 year of working experience in production or value-added logistics.
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language (other languages will be an advantage).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work in an international, multi-cultural environment.
  • Good team player, proactive, taking ownership.
  • Able to work both in team and independently.
