Medior Business Analyst

Hours: 36 per week
We are seeking a Medior Business Analyst to join the Modernization of Activity Cycle project. You will play a key role in defining business requirements, translating strategic goals into actionable backlog items, and maintaining clear functional documentation in an Agile environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to capture and refine business requirements.
Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Maintain accurate documentation including use cases, UML diagrams, and domain models.
Work closely with product owners and developers to ensure alignment between business and IT.
Support quality assurance by validating requirements and supporting testing processes.
WO-level education (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years' experience in business or information analysis within Agile environments.
Proficiency in UML, use cases, domain models, and business rules.
Not open to freelancers (ZZP'ers).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Persuasive and able to build consensus across teams.
Experience with Enterprise Architect and familiarity with government processes is a plus.
Residency & Citizenship: At least 10 consecutive years living in the Netherlands and must hold a valid Dutch passport.
Language: Excellent Dutch (C1 or higher) and good English.
Security Clearance: Must hold a valid VGB (Dutch government clearance) or be eligible and willing to obtain it.
