Silverflow currently consists of 80+ colleagues, representing 30 nationalities, and we're planning to grow to a team of 120 in the next two years.

What You'll Do
The IT Systems Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to our internal employees. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, ensuring systems and software function efficiently, and often work closely with Security and Finance teams. They will also be responsible for identifying and resolving recurring technical issues, and working proactively to improve the stability and reliability of our systems and services.

As our IT Systems Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the first point of contact for all internal IT support issues, both on-site and remote.
• Managing and improving our IT operations, ensuring reliability and proactively addressing vulnerabilities.
• Supporting and maintaining physical office IT setups, including meeting rooms and shared equipment.
• Supporting macOS devices and acting as liaison with Apple's business support when needed.
• Enhancing the internal IT experience through automation, documentation, and user-focused improvements.
• Maintaining and evolving core IT infrastructure, including MDM, EDR and IDP solutions.
• Collaborating with Security and Finance to maintain secure, compliant, and functional environments.
• Managing user identities and access across all internal systems and SaaS platforms.
• Ensuring smooth onboarding of new employees through timely provisioning of equipment and access.
• Working with our external network provider to monitor and resolve office network or VPN issues.
• Thinking creatively to solve IT challenges in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with operating systems (MacOS).
• Basic understanding of user directory systems (e.g., Okta, Azure, Active Directory,…)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/S).
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Exposure to scripting or basic automation (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell) is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with compliance audit is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and organizational skills.
• A mindset of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving, especially with a focus on automating repetitive tasks.
