Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain high-performance applications using C++.
  • Improve existing codebases to ensure better scalability, stability, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Produce clean, well-structured, and well-documented code aligned with industry standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure all applications comply with security, performance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current with the latest C++ standards, tools, libraries, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in C++ development within complex system environments.
  • Strong command of modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20) and STL.
  • Solid experience with multithreading, concurrency, and memory management.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Proficiency with debugging tools and performance profiling techniques.
  • Experience using version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of network programming, distributed systems, or real-time application development.
  • Experience working on cross-platform applications (Windows/Linux/macOS).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
