'Hoe ga jij het verschil maken?

Als lid van de Transit division, vil du være ansvarlig voor het optimaliseren van internationale productieprocessen met een focus op kostenbesparingen, productiviteit en kwaliteit, terwijl je de brug slaat tussen R&D-ontwikkelingen en productie om de maakbaarheid en functionaliteit te verbeteren.

Wat willen wij van jou weten?

- Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste professional met HBO werk- en denkniveau.

- je reist 1-2 keer per kwartaal naar bestemmingen China of India.

- je hebt 5-10 jaar ervaring als Manufacturing Engineer en minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het leiden van een team.

- je denkt in oplossingen, werkt graag met automatisering.

- je hebt ervaring met Lean.

- je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

Hoe ziet jouw typische dag eruit?

- het optimaliseren van onze (internationale) productieprocessen, met een scherp oog voor kostenbesparing, efficiënte productiviteit en kwaliteit.

- Je bent de schakel tussen R&D ontwikkelingen en productie en draagt bij aan oplossingen voor maakbaarheid en functionaliteit.

- Je gebruikt je klantgerichte expertise in nauwe samenwerking met collega's om technische uitdagingen aan te pakken en de prestaties van onze machines en productie te verbeteren.

- Je leidt projecten, beveelt kostenverbeteringen aan en implementeert innovatieve oplossingen die onze concurrentiepositie versterken.

- je geeft leiding aan een klein team van Manufacturing Engineers (5 tot 10 collega's) en zorgt voor eerstelijnsmanagement, zoals: het stellen van dagelijkse doelen, het beheren van dagelijkse prioriteiten, het afhandelen van verlofaanvragen en andere administratieve taken, het identificeren van ontwikkelings- en prestatiekwesties en het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor andere afdelingen, het geven van updates over acties en input voor technische discussies.

- Je houdt je bezig met het vastleggen van kennis en informatie.
