The Position
Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend tailored training. As an intern, you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.
 

Tasks throughout the various roles can include

• Support project coordination, communication, and documentation activities within
  • Food Safety and Quality Risk Mitigation Projects
  • Food Safety and Quality Process Improvement for Global Systems Team
• Coordination and collation of information from our global teams on current practices, KPI's and supervise processes to identify improvements
• Analysing Information and supporting the global management team to find opportunities to standardize practices
• Review of existing documentation and new system standard documentation
• Please note that this position does not include any lab work

Qualifications

Job requirements:

• You are enrolled at a European university for the full duration of the internship.
• You are at the end of your bachelor, or in your master's degree
  • Food Processing or Food/Quality educational background (or a similar field)/Engineering
• You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
• NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying at a university in the Netherlands) 
• Kraft Heinz does not provide a working permit for this internship.

Professional Attributes: 

·       Computer proficiency: including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint. 

·       Communication Skills: At Kraft Heinz you'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's meaningful you have excellent communication skills, to take care of all kinds of different stakeholders. 

·       Ability to Simplify: We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast. Your ability to simplify will be highly appreciated, when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges. 

·       Ability to Multitask

·       Analytical: We're a very data driven company. You know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mindset.

What we offer you : 

Program start date:  February/March

Duration: months.  

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses. 

Location: Amsterdam. 

This is a hybrid position, you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
