Job Description: o9 Solution Architect

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
  • Minimum 5 + years of experience as a Solution Architect with hands-on o9 implementation experience, preferably in Supply Planning.
  • Strong experience in implementing one or more business processes such as Demand Planning/Forecasting, Supply Planning, Production Planning, S&OP etc. with Strong design and software configuration skills and good command over ref models.
  • Experience with the o9 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL or IBPL (specific to o9); knowledge of Python, interfaces, and integration design -Exposure to AI/ML concepts is an added advantage.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand requirements, carry out fit-gap analysis, design and document solution and guide configuration team to implement the solution.
  • Drive designs that balance business efficiency- system performance- security and compliance whilst conforming to architectural and security standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Oversee the Configuration Lead and Functional Lead/Consultant roles in their completion of detailed design activities.
  • Work with development functions- business lines- product teams and technology stakeholders to derive the technology future state and roadmaps.
  • Delivery methodology understanding using Artefact templates, following best practices in each stage of the program me, understanding the support systems, following the recommendations on data and testing principles etc.
  • Engage with clients for advisory and solutioning in supply chain planning.
