Your challenges

As part of our Velocity and Powered Enterprise approach, you will contribute to the development of pre-designed leading practices and help clients accelerate their data-driven transformation journeys. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver professional services that combine deep technical expertise with strategic business insight.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning – Define the data and analytics architecture vision and align it with business strategy and transformation goals.
• Solution Design – Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms using BW(4HANA), SAP Business Data Cloud, Datasphere, SAC, and complementary technologies such as Power BI and Databricks.
• Data Governance & Integration – Ensure robust data governance, lineage, and integration across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• AI Enablement – Support the deployment of AI/ML models by designing data pipelines and feature stores that enable intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable architecture blueprints.
• Innovation Leadership – Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data and analytics, and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
• Knowledge Sharing – Lead the growth of data and analytics capabilities within KPMG, mentor team members, and foster thought leadership.

This is what you bring

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture and analytics enablement, including hands-on expertise with SAP BW(4HANA), Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and preferably SAP Business Data Cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Databricks is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English is required, and a willingness to learn Dutch is advantageous.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles is essential, as they form a key part of our technology strategy and delivery.
• Experience in consulting, including presales, proposal development and client relationship management, is a strong advantage.
