You & your position

As Associate CRTM FX & Money Market Solutions Europe, you will be based in the dynamic Rabobank Dealing Room in Utrecht, joining the Corporate Risk & Treasury Management (CRTM) Team. You represent Markets and Rabobank as a trusted partner in Foreign Exchange & Money Market products, Interest Rates, Commodities and Equity hedging solutions, collaborating with Relationship Managers, Credit, Legal, Risk Management, Research, and various Markets Trading Desks. Your client contacts include Cash Managers, Group Treasurers, and CFOs. Our Markets' values – Balance, Integrity, Respect, and Responsibility – are central to your daily work.

• Develop and grow relationships at Corporate Treasurer/CFO level.
• Create more cross and deep sell on high-value clients and prospects.
• Ensure success in FXMM domain for the Bank's Clients.

• The CRTM EU & Africa team consists of 30 colleagues serving wholesale corporate clients across the region.

• Drive FX performance and growth of the flow business, proactively identifying opportunities and implementing solutions that align with client needs.
• Manage and cover a portfolio of clients, integrating into the team and contributing to both individual and collective success within CRTM Europe & Africa.

You & your talent

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant education.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience with the Markets Division of a financial institution.
• Suitable knowledge of FX and Money Market instruments – i.e. sales, execution, and product development.
• Creativity in your complex problem-solving skills and performing while being in control.
• Service orientation towards our external and internal clients.
• Knowledge of Markets' local and global businesses and stakeholders is preferable.
• Judgement & decision making: you need to be able to make snap decisions when necessary.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
