As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of commercial and operational projects across international markets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including distributors, to streamline processes, monitor progress, and deliver results that support company growth and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in project leadership within a dynamic and fast-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product development projects to ensure adherence to business objectives according to time, scope and budget.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define the project plan with an accurate view of the scope, budget, deliverables, timeline, and resources.
  • Lead the multidisciplinary project team and support the execution of project activities according to the plan, and deliverables are timely met.
  • Tracks and reports progress to all stakeholders.
  • Implements and drives the project risk-mitigation plan.
  • Timely resolution of issues.
  • Lead project management meetings and strive for clear, transparent and timely communications.
  • Work and contribute to the continuous improvement of the QMS.

Skills and Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, International Business, or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience project manager.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Affinity with IVDR and ISO13485 is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication in English and Dutch (plus).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
