Als Planning & Performance Analyst speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaliseren van capaciteit, performance en resource planning. Door slim gebruik te maken van data en de modellen van DP World zorg jij voor een efficiënte inzet van onze resources. Je vertaalt data naar inzichten en advies waarmee DP World continu kan verbeteren.

Daarnaast ga je een actieve rol spelen in de implementatie van een nieuw workforce managementsysteem. Dit is een belangrijk project binnen de organisatie, waarin jij bijdraagt aan het inrichten, testen, optimaliseren en mee implementeren van het system. Zo sluiten planning en performance nog beter op elkaar aan. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met een hecht en deskundig team van vier collega's.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Speel een actieve rol in het project om de workforceplanning te automatiseren – van concept tot implementatie;
  • Analyseer de korte- en middellangetermijncapaciteit op basis van rolling forecasts en vertaal dit naar effectieve aanbevelingen;
  • Vorm de verbinding tussen klant, interne afdelingen en uitzendpartners en zorg voor soepele communicatie en afstemming;
  • Coördineer en optimaliseer de dagelijkse personeelsplanning, met focus op efficiëntie, flexibiliteit en kwaliteit;
  • Stel strakke, realistische planningen op waarin personeelsbezetting en capaciteit optimaal op elkaar zijn afgestemd;
  • Vertaal bedrijfsbehoeften naar concrete planningsoplossingen en systeemconfiguraties binnen het nieuwe Workforce Managementsysteem;
  • Monitor en analyseer workforcedata om trends te signaleren, toekomstige behoeften te voorspellen en managementbeslissingen te ondersteunen.

Functie-eisen

  • Relevante werkervaring binnen een internationale logistieke of supply chainomgeving;
  • Opleidingsachtergrond in logistiek, supply chain of bedrijfskunde;
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen, je herkent trends in data en vertaalt inzichten naar verbeteracties;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels; je presenteert data helder en overtuigend aan verschillende stakeholders;
  • Een strategische teamspeler die gemakkelijk samenwerkt met interne en externe partners;
  • Resultaatgericht en proactief: je stelt prioriteiten, haalt deadlines en blijft positief, ook onder druk.
