We are seeking a dedicated
Risk & Compliance Specialist
who will play an essential role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. Your expertise will ensure the organization complies with applicable laws and regulations. Our ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, combined with hands-on experience in risk management and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
A Risk and Compliance Specialist is responsible for safeguarding the organization by ensuring compliance and effective risk management. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting risk assessments to identify potential threats.
  • Monitoring regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
  • Developing and implementing internal policies and controls.
  • Performing internal audits for risk management effectiveness.
  • Generating reports and documentation for compliance activities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on risk and compliance concerns.
  • Developing plans for responding to compliance incidents.
  • Staying updated on regulatory changes and best practices.
  • Providing guidance and training on compliance matters.
  • Maintaining records of risk assessments and incidents.
  • Conducting due diligence assessments.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in risk management, compliance, or audit roles.
  • Knowledge of risk management processes.
  • Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Due diligence assessment experience.
  • Experience in a Product-led SaaS company.
