Program Focus

You will be recruited into
one track
based on your technical background, strengths, and career direction:

Technical Service Engineer Track

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues in ESL devices, access points, and other retail digital systems.
• Replace defective parts and conduct performance testing to ensure reliable functionality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repair tasks, inspections, and parts usage.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections, prepare analytical summary reports, and provide timely service updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to identify recurring issues and support product improvement initiatives.
• Manage hardware tools and spare parts inventory to ensure readiness for repair and maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to safety, compliance, and industry standards while performing all maintenance and technical procedures.

Aftersales Engineer Track

• Provide professional technical support to clients and internal teams on hardware-related issues.
• Respond rapidly to urgent cases, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and resolution.
• Participate in client visits, on-site inspections, and technical evaluations.
• Compile detailed service records, maintenance plans, and follow-up documentation.
• Support cross-functional communication with engineering, operations, and project teams.
• Contribute feedback to product teams based on customer challenges and common hardware faults.

Other technical service–related tracks may also be considered based on business needs and candidate strengths.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues independently.
• Excellent command of both English and Mandarin is required; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership when supporting assigned clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle pressure effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Driving license is a plus.
