At Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport, we're looking for a
Sales Coordinator
to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing Team of 7 international colleagues. Reporting to the Corporate Sales Manager and Director of Sales, you'll focus on the
leisure and corporate traveler segments
, helping us build meaningful connections and deliver authentic hospitality experiences.

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is a welcoming place where guests find uncomplicated experiences in a casual atmosphere. With 330 rooms, 6 spacious event spaces, an inviting restaurant, and a 24/7 bar & market, we host guests from all over the world—whether for business, group travel or leisure.

Your Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our commercial success. You will:

  • Coordinate the corporate individual travel segment of the hotel
  • Manage existing accounts and support new client acquisition with the Sales Manager
  • Maintain accurate account profiles in our Hyatt CRM system
  • Negotiate contracts aligned with our hotel strategy
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities
  • Organize client visits, lunches, and events
  • Build strong relationships with Hyatt's global sales teams, agencies, travel managers, and business partners

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Creative, proactive, organized, and customer-focused
  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands
  • Energized by working in a dynamic team and hotel environment
  • Eager to learn and grow in your career

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in the corporate segment
  • Strong computer skills and preferably experience with PMS systems (e.g., OPERA)
