We run a creative social media company and organize events & parties across Europe.

To grow faster, we're looking for someone to
join our company
and help with
paid advertising
— both for our clients and for our own events.

What you'll be working on

• Running and optimizing ads for our
  clients
  (brands, creators, businesses)
• Promoting our
  events & parties across Europe
• Managing ads on:
• Instagram & Facebook (Meta)
• Google Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• Building funnels, retargeting audiences, and scaling what works
• Reading data, improving results, and making ads actually convert

Who we're looking for

• Someone with real experience in paid ads (not just theory)
• Knows how to handle budgets and performance
• Understands creatives, hooks, and audience behavior

How we start

• 2 days per week
  to begin with
• Flexible setup (remote / in our office)
• More days and responsibility if it clicks
• Long-term role inside a growing company
