The Search team at dentsu is seeking a new Senior SEO Specialist. We work for prestigious (inter)national clients like MediaMarkt, BSH, and Danone, aiming to achieve the best results together by developing top-notch SEO strategies and execution.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the SEO field who is ready to take it to the next level by working on complex client challenges, pitches, and improvements within the entire team.

The role of Senior SEO Specialist at dentsu
Your primary goal will be to improve the organic visibility of our clients and lead major client accounts. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will manage a client team, determine the strategy, delegate activities, and monitor deadlines. We seek someone experienced in all aspects of SEO. You can translate insights into recommendations in terms of technique, content, and authority. Additionally, you will train junior and medior specialists by sharing knowledge and case studies. Finally, you will also contribute to the innovation of our products and services.

What will you do?

• Develop comprehensive (multi-market) SEO strategies;
• Set objectives and KPIs;
• Monitor results and achieve targets;
• Manage and lead accounts with multiple specialists;
• Identify needs and optimization opportunities for clients;
• Prepare proposals and support pitches;
• Prepare and deliver client presentations;
• Guide the implementation of optimizations;
• Delegate tasks and supervise junior and medior team members;
• Measure and analyze results based on proposed activities;
• Assist with internal innovative projects and products;
• Share knowledge internally and externally.

Who are you?

• You have a passion for SEO;
• You are proactive and take responsibility;
• You are good at problem-solving and have strong analytical skills;
• You are persuasive and can articulate ideas well;
• You are communicatively proficient in Dutch and English;
• You are a strong project manager and have good time management skills;
• You are curious, eager to learn, and ambitious;
• You have successfully completed an HBO or WO education;
• You have 3+ years of relevant experience.
